i finished chemistry, it wasn't as hard as i expected, and i finished it in good time too. the only problem now is i don't know how to do the chinese thing, ugh. oh, and there's mythbusters tonight, yay.

anyhow, today's poly visit wasn't that much fun really. in particularly the times when we were all congested and the air was thick with smelly boys, and heavy with sweat vapour. in the end, i ran from the group because i don't travel well with slow guides who pause too long at IT booths.

got our art topics for coursework today. it's either unusual perspectives, or damaged. i'm not very keen on the former, because i'll have to do that grid thing, but by doing unusual perspectives, i can incorporate anything. whereas damaged as a topic is more guide-friendly.

i've always had a love for the old-school kind of drawings and paintings, especially of religious artwork, of mythology and gods and goddesses, and angels and such. especially the way the body is portrayed in them - utterly curvaceous for women, and nicely muscled - without overdoing it - for the men. it allows for more shadowing and highlights really, and gives a very stereotypical look for the sexes - males are warriors and females are objects of desire. i'll end up doing something like that, but i don't know about what medium to use as yet.
